Business accommodation in MTL

Positive: I had an amazing stay! The apartment was even better than expected, a beautiful and cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with an incredibly soft and comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect too. Just a 5‑minute walk from Atwater Metro, surrounded by great restaurants, and right next to Adonis for groceries. It was also only about 10 minutes from downtown, with all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Sainte‑Catherine Street. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience. The comfort, the convenience, and the warm hospitality made this stay truly exceptional. I would definitely come back again!

Un logement bien situé mais difficilement accessible avec la gestion de la clé unique et du bipper ! Positive: L'emplacement au centre ville Negative: La récupération des clés a mis 2h, beaucoup de soucis avec le gestionnaire qui ne voulait pas nous laisser au départ le bipper de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. (Nous avons dû prendre le bipper de secours de l'immeuble). Le gestionnaire n'a pas été joignable par téléphone, uniquement par messagerie booking et uniquement en anglais. Nous n'avons jamais vu une personne physiquement. La boite à clés de l'établissement n'a pas fonctionné. Le gestionnaire nous a harcelé de messages tous les jours presque pour que nous rendions le bipper. (On peut rentrer dans l'appart avec la clé mais la porte de l'immeuble nécessite un bipper). Pas de rideaux occultants aux fenêtres (les nuits ont été difficiles, très lumineuses !). Pas de femme de ménage pendant tout le séjour. Nous avions crû être dans un appart hôtel (nom "Etablissement 2br ... + prix de la location) et nous avons eu un airbnb. Nous n'avons reçu qu'une seule clé et nous étions deux personnes avec des programmes sur la journée différents. Une des deux personnes a toujours eu des difficultés pour avoir accès au logement !

Convenient and modern place to stay for a few nights. Best for a couple. Great little kitchen for cooking. Nice new buil Positive: Modern and nice and clean. The building was new. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy and the bedding was nice. Negative: Needs a few small things to be perfect. Hooks jn the bathroom for towels, the bathtub does not work, only the shower head, there are no proper curtains in the living room so it is too bright to sleep, and the kitchen needs a cookie sheet. There is a very broken tile on the deck that needs repair (but this is only cosmetic).

No thanks, too rude. Positive: Room layout was nice, everything was in half-decent repair. Although the holes in the walls always make me nervous if I am being watched. Good location if a the neighbourhood was a little rough with lots of homeless loitering close by to the liquor store. Negative: They were unable to check out efficiently. It took them over 30 minutes, as the KeyCafe station wasn’t working. They didn’t answer the phone until the 4th try. They were rude. I was late for my meeting/presentation.
