Montreal Restful Nights, Adventure Days await! 2BR

Positive: I liked the location close to St. Joseph Oratory, walking distance. Everything else was good and clean. Negative: I didn't like the noisy streets and the fact that there was no assigned parking. Alao, The apt entrance code wasn't clear. Thankfully, there was someone who greatfully helped us figure it out.

Poor management, lack of communication skills, do not care about there guest, its not a good look Positive: First and foremost I did not like anything at all about this place, this place left me and my family especially my daughter traumatized . There is nothing to like about this place management is very unprofessional. There was an incident when we checked in where it was time to shower , my daughter went to take shower then we heard a big noise and my daughter was screaming for help we ran to the washroom to find the glass shower door feel off an slice my daughter hands her hand injury was so bad that you can see the inner skin an the fatty part of her inner skin We had to rush her to the hospital, I have been calling management from that very same night in regards of what happened I have even sent a text message no one responded, after all this back and forth at the hospital with my daughter now that we are learning she has to get surgery done. Getting back from the hospital at 3am that morning I could not sleep we couldn’t use the washroom because all these pieces of broken glass is everywhere. Around 8 am the morning I have been calling management management no one is answering I sent a second text about what happened nothing I have call so much times before I was been contacted on what’s app by a simple text message ( hello what happened) was their response which I did not like. Their response was very slow and unprofessional and seems to do not care about the situation I had them pics of my daughter hands and trust me these ppl still did not care. Negative: I just need everyone to boycott this place. No heat, no hot water the glass shower door fell and broke while my daughter was taking shower. She had to block her face why the glass slice her hand … her hand could have been chopped off now the doctor is saying that my daughter has to get surgery done that’s how bad the situation is and management at this property does not care one bit no body showed up to look at the situation they’re not answering my calls they’re responding to my text when they feel like . It’s a bad situation that we didn’t feel safe in the unit . Management does not care and I have all the proof to get legal action against them. Not my daughter has to live with this trauma on her bday for the rest of her lives

Comfortable Positive: The location of the apartment to shops and the metro. Negative: The bed in the room next to the TV squeaked every time either myself or my husband rolled or moved in bed . Very annoying.The bed in the other room was very close to the wall so made getting in and out of the left side of the bed very difficult.

Disappointed that apt didn't live up to its "restful nights" billing Positive: location, shower, coffee pods, safe neighbourhood Negative: strict expectations from host (no noise, no visitors, repeated confirmations that we would follow rules and clean up before we left even though we paid a $119 fee, etc); apt is listed as "restful nights", but it has no sound insulation so woken up too early by upstairs couple just walking around to get ready for work; apt needs new mattresses, some repairs (toilet seat) and better cleaning; check-in instructions for apt door aren't accurate.

Amazing stay! Super nice apt! Positive: Very nice apt, owner is very helpful with my questions and answered very fast, the girl who cleaned the apt helped us to get in. Super nice. Location was very conveniente.
