Overall OK Positive: Great location, easy walking distance to major attractions, mrtro and grocery stores nearby; flat was quiet, good WiFi, monitoring in the building, all appliances in the kitchen were in good condition and available for the guests, responsive host, link with attractions nearby was shared by the host Negative: Had to fill in additional forms, and reconfirm details already given to booking and in the form before check in; we received wrong code for the key pick up (host sent us a new one fast), the flat wasn't vacuumed/dusted before our arrival, there was a hole in the wall and broken side table (we informed the host, and we received response, and appologies), but still it didn't create good first impression
